- Primarily responsible for engaging business leadership and partners in order to act as a bridge between IT / COO domain teams and business units as well as supporting the business into the initiation and selection of major strategic / transformation projects. BRM team are working to initiate and develop relationships with business lines. Work closely with them to understand their needs and explore opportunities for optimal solution / approach. Provide business advice and consultancy to business in effective manner.
- Act as a bridge or unified communication channel with business lines.
- Work closely with business and gather their feedback and satisfaction.
- Support Business lines to gather their needs.
- Follow-up with IT on the status of the existing projects and provide the regular updates to the business lines.
- Work with management in developing timely solutions for business requirements.
- Address business issues / concerns in accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of business information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information systems and Business Management or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial organization with information technology field.
