Head of Digital Banking and Direct Channels

Develop and execute BSF digital banking strategy and business plans, lead the digital transformation initiatives, build innovative e-finance and payment solutions, deliver superior service quality and omni channel experience for bank customers.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute BSF digital banking strategy and business plans, lead the digital transformation initiatives, build innovative e-finance and payment solutions, deliver superior service quality and omni channel experience for bank customers.
• Oversee the implementation of digital initiative.
• Maintain understanding of external competitive digital development and their impact on retail business.
• Formulate and implement transaction migration strategy to ensure optimal utilization of digital.
• Drive strategic alliances and business partnerships for customer digital acquisition and cross selling.
• Deliver superior service quality and best digital experience for clients across.
• Promote the adoption of digital channels through significant service penetration, conversation and usage.
• Build innovative payment solutions and align the bank with Saudi payment strategy.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive professional experience in financial institution, with 8 years in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge in digital banking products, services; customer relationship management; Central Bank and other applicable regulations.
• In-depth understanding of customer value proposition.
• Deep industry knowledge and broad understanding of global banking trends.
• Experience of multi-channel retail model expertise, especially e-banking and self-service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to interact with the public.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• High awareness of social media and active level of involvement.
