- Conducts market research by visiting BSF clients and non BSF clients in order to specify market requirements for current and future products
- Works together with the Product business Head to plan and execute team initiatives
- Works closely with the Product Owner, Sales, operations, retail risks, compliance, Legal and Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non‐functional requirements
- Develops business and marketing plans for the assigned products, including communication, pricing strategies, sales plans and implementation of all phases of product development
- Capable of running the product development process and activities as per the approved methodology of the bank besides ensuring complete documentation are fulfilled
- Provides a development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state‐of‐the‐art technologies
- Re-engineers existing products and processes to improve product efficiency in various areas as needed
- Works jointly with the respective working group members and other product related teams for Product approvals, ISG developments, launch activities and sales support training
- Conducts daily products scrum meetings to update business development
- Successfully launch new products, enhancement and system fixes
- Ensure regulatory Audit and compliance to personal Finance business related and associated laws and regulations
- Demonstrates leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules
- Acts as a second line of support to clients and provides the required support to Sales and Support team in all products related aspects

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of BSF’s operations environment
- Good knowledge of system design and analysis
- Good knowledge of relevant products and services
- Sound knowledge of relevant procedures and policy
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product development or related field
