Job Description
- Administrator Applications Support is responsible for assigned applications support, troubleshooting, Investigation, code debugging, and escalate to third level support or vendor if needed as well as applying fixes and closing systems incidents.
- He should acknowledge the reported issues and update the reported user with the solution status and inform him once it is solved.
- Support N number of Applications as primary.
- Troubleshoot and debug the reported issues
- Advise the reported user about the progress.
- Applying fixes.
- Escalating issues to the next level and/or vendor if needed.
- DR switching activities
- Comply with BSF policies and procedures.
- Security, Operational Risk, Audit Findings.
- Work hard towards the agreed KPI.
Skills
- Bachelor degree in technology
- At least 1 year in application support in banking industry or similar.
- Other Qualification will be according to the required technology.
