Job Description
- Present and sell bank's product and services to current and potential clients.
- Responsible to answering all call related bank products.
- Responsible of outbound campaigns calls that assigned by manager.
- Capture the customer / Prospect information in the Leads system
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other account as assigned.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Responsible on reviewing qualitative data capturing.
- Contacting customers with high quality service provided.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Avoid any possible financial risk or create any harm to the customers.
- Coordinate sales region staff to accomplish the work required to close the sales.
Skills
- Diploma / bachelor's degree in business administration, Banking and Finance or Accounting, Commerce or other courses which could be compensated by considerable management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in contact Center or customer service-related position Experience and exposure on general banking operations, products and services. Knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures & SAMA Rules. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, communication skills Good English command of both oral and written. Good analytical capabilities, deep understanding of finance product, Contracts, terms & condition. Convincing skill, negotiation skill.
