Job Description

  • Manages the development of PBG Customer Experience system (NPS)
  • Follow-up with RMs, TL, and Regional Manager to provide feedback to the customers for NPS system
  • Provide monthly report to PBG management on NPS system
  • Provide monthly analysis and root cause analysis on customer feedback
  • Coordinate with all related internal group/division on customer experience feedback

Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Banking or Accounting
  • Extensive knowledge of BSF policies and procedure related to operations, management guidelines and services,
  • customer–related activities
  • Excellent analytical skills related to financial figures and statistics
  • Superior technical writing and communication skills particularly in preparing quality reports
  • Excellent Communications / Managerial skills
  • MS Office skills
  • English literate
