Job Description
- Manages the development of PBG Customer Experience system (NPS)
- Follow-up with RMs, TL, and Regional Manager to provide feedback to the customers for NPS system
- Provide monthly report to PBG management on NPS system
- Provide monthly analysis and root cause analysis on customer feedback
- Coordinate with all related internal group/division on customer experience feedback
Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Banking or Accounting
- Extensive knowledge of BSF policies and procedure related to operations, management guidelines and services,
- customer–related activities
- Excellent analytical skills related to financial figures and statistics
- Superior technical writing and communication skills particularly in preparing quality reports
- Excellent Communications / Managerial skills
- MS Office skills
- English literate
