Job Description
- Define lifecycles for each of the releases including roll out dates by aligning with
- all the project stakeholders
- Manage timely resolution of all critical and/or complex problems with the
- different platforms in all environments
- Communicate all key project plans, requirements, changes to original plan, and
- achievements
- Analyze the dependencies across the releases in the project, and with other IT
- projects being implemented
- Quantify and monitor progress of each of the releases by continuously aligning
- to work-streams and external vendors
- Develop and track mitigation strategy for identified risks & dependencies
- Ensure releases are delivered within the approved budget and defined
- requirements
- Recommend key resources and support to fill emerging resource vacancies
Skills
- Computer science, Computer engineering or comparable degree
- 4+ years of experience in Release Management
- Strong experience with build and release management, continuous integration
- and continuous delivery
- Strong analytical, problem solving, leadership and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in software development lifecycles, release management
- and automation tools
- Certifications in Agile Scrum, DevOps, SDLC
- Exceptional written and spoken skills in English
- Ability to work with a diverse team
- Presentation skills – Senior level
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and capabilities
- Deal with complex and difficult problems
- Ability to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate organizational structures and build networks
