Job Description
- Check all Condition Precedent’s documents are met before implementing limits for Drawdown.
- Ensure proper implementation of limits and utilizations.
- Ensure Borrower is compliant to the relevant compliance clauses of the loan.
- Obtain and circulate all compliance information, progress reports from technical/marketing advisors to the lenders in timely manner.
- Ensure that all loans are disbursed as per credit approval and loan agreements.
- Check all security documents/loan documents prior to Drawdowns are in place and lodged in safe custody.
- Receive and check all financing documents.
- Prepare and follow up on compliance reports as per the loan agreements.
- Manage internal operations including fees and loan disbursement related to syndicated transactions.
- Coordinate between all parties where BSF is an Agent in a syndicated transaction.
- Duly record all action dates related to fees payments, repayments, rollovers, expiry dates, maturity dates and
- all other quantitative requirements under each agreement.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Has good computer knowledge and command over Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Syndicated Loan Agency and Operation Management.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance or similar field
